Telehealth or Face-to-face Sessions

Evolve OT offers both mobile face-to-face and telehealth sessions, providing flexible, personalised support in the environment that works best for you. Every session is tailored to your goals and delivered through a neuroaffirming, nervous-system informed lens.

Tailored School Readiness Activities

We support children to build regulation, independence, and participation skills that make starting school feel less overwhelming. Sessions target fine motor development, communication, social skills, and transition support through engaging, real-world activities.

Our focus is on strengthening confidence and capacity in ways that honour each child’s individual pace and needs.

Functional Capacity Assessments

Our Functional Capacity Assessments provide a clear picture of how a person manages daily activities, participates in their community, and navigates their environment.

We identify strengths, support needs, and practical strategies that enhance independence in ways that feel achievable and sustainable. Each assessment informs a personalised plan grounded in real-world function and meaningful participation.

PDA Informed Support

We provide neuroaffirming support for children with PDA profiles and demand-sensitive nervous systems.

Our approach prioritises autonomy, reduced pressure, and felt safety. Rather than focusing on compliance, we work collaboratively to build regulation, trust, and sustainable participation in everyday life.

Parent Coaching

Our parent coaching sessions offer supportive, practical guidance for families navigating ADHD, autism, sensory differences, anxiety, and PDA profiles.

Together, we explore regulation, communication, autonomy, and daily routines through a neuroaffirming lens. The goal is to build strategies that feel manageable, respectful, and sustainable — not overwhelming.

You leave with greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your child’s nervous system.

AHA Services

Allied Health Assistant (AHA) sessions provide practical, structured support under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

AHA services help embed therapy strategies into daily routines, strengthen skill development, and increase confidence through consistent, real-world practice.
